Return & Refund Policy

1.For any concerns about damage, stains, stitching, or other issues with our unstitched products, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the items. To assess the defect, kindly provide digital images and unboxing videos of the affected products. Customers are required to bear the shipping costs for returns.

2.Please note that custom-made/stitched products, including standard and custom-stitched saree with blouse, readymade stitched salwar suits, stitched lehenga choli, men’s wear, kid’s wear are non-returnable.

3.Please be advised that, under any circumstances, customers are obliged to handle the shipping costs when returning either unstitched or stitched products.

4.In order to accept returns, all products must be returned in their original condition with tags securely attached to the dress. The presence of the original tags is essential for the return to be processed.

5.We do not accept any returns after 7 working days of receiving the shipment.

6.Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt of any returns. A refund can only be issued either back into the credit card or debit card or any appropriate mode.

7.Manthanfashion.com shall not entertain any complaints after 15 working days, once the shipment is delivered.

8.Please note that refunds will be limited to the actual value of the goods and will not surpass this value under any circumstances.

9.Please be aware that a 75% refund of the unstitched product price will be provided, with the remaining 25% covering Order Processing, Payment Gateway, and other recurring charges.

10.Request for cancellations of orders once placed on Manthanfashion.com shall not be entertained after 24 hours. After the initial 24 hours, cancelling your order will incur a 10% bank payment processing charge, deducted from the total order amount.
