using the service of Manthan Fashion you are deemed to have accepted the terms
and conditions listed below.

Request for cancellations of orders once placed on Manthanfashion.com shall
not be entertained after 24 hours.
2.
We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions
at any time. You can access the latest version of the Terms &
Conditions at any given time on the Website.
You should regularly review the Terms & Conditions on Manthan Fashion. In
the event the modified Terms & Conditions is not acceptable to you, you
should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the
service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified
Terms & Conditions of Use of this site.

Manthan Fashion will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from
use of the services on Manthanfashion.com. This without limitation includes loss
of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or
service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor.
This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by
any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission,
interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication
line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or
use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any
other cause of action.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs in any case then Manthanfashion.com is
not liable to pay / refund any amount more than order value of customer.
5. To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor
transactions for fraudulent activity. Manthanfashion.com will not be liable for any type or
kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on
the user and the ones to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.
The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
6. Manthanfashion.com shall
not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (trade
organizations, manufacturers / shops etc.), flood, fire, wars, acts of God or
any cause that is beyond the control of us.
7.
We do not accept any returns after 7 working days of receiving the shipment.
8.
In case of any return, all products should be returned in original condition.
9.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt of any returns. A refund
can only be issued either back into the credit card or debit card or store
wallet.
10. Manthanfashion.com shall
not entertain any complaints after 15 working days, once the shipment is
delivered.
11.
The details of the products or product description (for instance color, work
details, fabric details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are
only fairly approximate values.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind
that slight variation in color is possible as seen on a computer screen against
the actual color of the outfit received.
12. All
products are checked and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are
same as shown on website by quality, design, style or model.
13. Jewellery
and other Accessories wear by models in product image are only for photo-shoot
or display purposes.
14.
For stitched products, products are stitched based on the measurements you
provide. In case your provided measurements are not correct then you may not
find the garment fit to match your expectations. You must give us the right
measurements at the time of placing your order.
15. We
reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is
listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless
of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The
payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same through
email.
NOTE:- The
User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the
consent of a parent or legal guardian.
