Return Conditions:
Stitched Products: Returns are not accepted for stitched items, including custom sarees, stitched salwar suits, or sarees with custom blouses and readymade mens wear.
Unstitched Products: If you're not happy with your unstitched purchase, return it within 7 days in its original condition and packaging for a 75% refund. (25% will be deducted for processing and miscellaneous charges).
Late Returns: Returns after 7 days will incur a 10% restocking fee based on the product price.
Refund Limitations:
Refund Amount: Refunds will be limited to the actual value of the product only.
Non-Refundable Charges: Custom duties, taxes, and shipping costs (for free shipping orders, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for both unstitched and stitched products. Manthan Fashion will not bear these costs.
Exclusions for Returns:
Customized & Stitched Products: No returns or refunds for customized, stitched, or pre-stitched clothing items (including sarees with custom blouses).
Damage or Defects:
Any damage or stains should be reported within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your product. You may need to provide images for review. Refunds will only be processed once the product is returned to our office, and it may take 4-5 working days for the refund to appear.
Order Cancellations:
Cancel within 24 hours: No charges.
Cancel after 24 hours: 30% cancellation fee applies, which will be credited as Store Credit or Coupons.
No cancellations are allowed once the order is processed and shipped.
Color & Product Description:
Color Discrepancy: Due to lighting, photography, and monitor settings, slight variations in color may occur. Customers should be aware of these minor differences before placing an order.
Embellishment Issues: Items with embellishments like beads or sequins may experience minor losses during transit. This is a common occurrence and is not a defect.
