Our shipping agents DHL, Bluedart, Fedex, Aramex, UPS, TNT and Delhivery carries out our shipment services.

We ship worldwide and to any postal address worldwide. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

Please be aware that for residential shipments to the USA and certain other countries, if no one is present to receive the package or answer the doorbell, the courier may leave the package at the doorstep. Our courier partners—such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, TNT, and Speed Post—will not be able to provide a signature confirmation of delivery in these instances. To avoid any potential disputes, we kindly ask that someone be available to receive the package when the courier attempts delivery.

Please note that no shipments will be dispatched from the store on Sundays or public holidays, as our logistics partners do not operate pick-ups on these days. As a result, orders placed during this time will be processed and shipped on the next available business day. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan accordingly if you are expecting a time-sensitive delivery. Should you have any urgent requests, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping charges are calculated separately from the price of the items, allowing you to save on shipping when buying multiple products. Our goal is to provide clear and honest shipping costs with no hidden fees.

We’re happy to offer FREE worldwide shipping on orders that total USD $199 or more. For orders under this amount, shipping charges will be added, depending on the weight of the products and the delivery address.

To make your experience even better, we provide FREE SHIPPING on all orders to India, helping you stay connected with family and friends. For the fastest and most accurate delivery, it's essential to include the full postal address, along with the proper PIN CODE. Any missing information may lead to delays, which we cannot be accountable for.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times may vary based on the product you purchase. Customers can easily find the estimated delivery time for each item on its product detail page on our website.

Please note that shipments for all products will originate from India, which may affect delivery times depending on the destination.

TRANSIT RISK

Manthan Fashion is not responsible for any damages or loss of packages once the shipment has been delivered and left at the customer's address by our postal or courier partners. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package at the time of delivery to avoid such issues.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the courier company's website details, along with the expected delivery date. You can also view this information on our order status page. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier's website.

UNDELIVERED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order is marked as undelivered or returned to us, we will work to resolve the issue and ship your order again within 15 days. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you the option to receive a refund or choose another product as a substitute.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select alternate product. 

VAT & CUSTOM DUTIES

Please note that VAT, customs taxes, and import duties are beyond our control and vary by country. These charges are not included in the order process and must be paid directly by the buyer to the respective authorities in your country.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees that may apply to their shipments. Since customs regulations differ from one country to another, we cannot predict or control these charges, nor can we cover them.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ADDRESS

  1. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete, including the correct postal code, contact number, and any other relevant details. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  2. The billing address is the address associated with your credit card, where you receive your bills, while the shipping address is the destination where you want your order to be delivered.
  3. If you need to make any changes to your address, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to accommodate address modifications after 24 hours or once the parcel has been shipped.
  4. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, we kindly ask that you place separate orders for each delivery address.
  5. In the event of a reshipment due to incorrect address details, customers will also be responsible for covering any additional shipping charges.
